The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English's operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & ExperienceManager (SSEM), the SSEO-Activities guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English. The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English's operations. Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environment
n
Robust customer service focus when dealing with potential clients
n
Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needs
n
Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities
n
Ability to work within a team and independently
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
n
Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting
n
High school certificate or higher
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Knowledge of the English language industry
n
Experience in an administration role and/ or a sport orientated role
n
Experience using a student management system
n
A second language
