Your Role as Supervisor
n
As our Full-Time Supervisor, you'll be a key support to the store leadership team, with a particular focus on our bar and beverage experience.
n
You'll be hands-on behind the bar while also leading the team through busy service periods, making sure every drink and customer interaction reflects the quality and experience Koko Black is known for.
n
You'll:
n

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee,



hot chocolates and specialty beverages
n
Lead the bar during busy service periods, maintaining quality, speed and presentation
n
Support and train team members to build their confidence and capability behind the bar
n
Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer experiences
n
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and bar presentation
n
Support day-to-day floor operations and step into a leadership role when required
n
Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has barista experience and is confident working behind a busy bar
n
Comes from a café, hospitality or premium customer service environment
n
Thrives in the pace and energy of a busy service environment
n
Has previous supervisory experience, or is a confident barista ready to take the next step into leadership
n
Is passionate about quality, presentation and creating exceptional customer experiences
n
Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership during a shift
n
Is available to work full time across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
n
And, of course... is just a little bit in love with chocolate
n
