The Opportunity
n
As a Site Manager at Amicus, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from site establishment through to completion and DLP.
n
You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
You'll typically manage one project at a time plus project close-outs during DLP.
n
This role is 100% site-based leadership - driving performance, quality, safety and accountability on every project.
n
What You'll Be Responsible For
n
n
Deliver projects safely, on time and to Practical Completion through effective program and resource management
n
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades to drive performance and accountability
n
Identify and mitigate risks across safety, program and commercial outcomes
n
Oversee fit-out works and ensure quality execution in line with drawings and specifications
n
Maintain a 100% pass rate on safety and quality audits,
ensuring compliance with WHS, NCC and ISO standards
n
Manage site documentation, reporting and project close-outs
n
Build strong client relationships and meet or exceed satisfaction targets
n
Ability to prepare and maintain site documentation including programmes, RFIs, site diaries, inspections and QA records.
n
Strong understanding of commercial fit-out methodologies, services coordination and defect management.

What You Bring
n

Trade qualification
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or similar role
n
First Aid & CPR Certification & a Construction White Card
n
Strong programming acumen who understands how to schedule the trades cohesively to meet programme objectives and milestones
n
Experience managing commercial fit-out or interior projects
n
Confidence using construction software and digital documentation systems
n
A practical, solutions-focused mindset
