Key Accountabilities
n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service across all guest touchpoints, including ticketing, accommodation, retail, food and beverage, and guest services.
n




Create engaging and memorable experiences that inspire our guests and encourage repeat visitation.
n
Maintain high standards of presentation across public areas, accommodation facilities, and visitor spaces.
n
Comply with organisational policies, sustainability practices and Work Health & Safety requirements.
n
Promote Taronga's conservation, education and community messages through positive guest interactions.
n
Work collaboratively across teams to support operational needs during peak visitation periods and future expansion projects.
n

About You
n
We're looking for people who have:

Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
