What we are looking for:
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
n
CIMA, CA(SA), ACCA qualification or progress towards one an advantage
n
3 to 5 years of management accounting experience
n




Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
n
Robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
n
Sound understanding of IFRS and management reporting principles
n
n
Technical Skills
n
n
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP
n
Financial analysis and management reporting expertise
n
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
n
Financial modelling and KPI reporting capability
n
Cost accounting and profitability analysis knowledge
n
Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SYSPRO, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI
n
Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
