At Tapestry, we empower our people to bring their best ideas to life across Coach . We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail and outlet stores, driving commercial success, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
n
Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
n
Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans.
n
Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards.
n
Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
n
Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
n
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
n
Create, monitor, and manage budgets for each store, ensuring targets are met and expenses are measured/ controlled.
n
Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to achieve business objectives.

About You
n

Proven multi-site retail leadership experience with a strong track record of driving sales and operational results.
n
Experience in managing various retail channels e.g Outlet, speciality stores and concession
n
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
n
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
n
Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
