Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units
n
Develop, coordinate and deliver projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation
n
Ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives
n
Collaborate across nbn to bring together diverse stakeholders and clarify cross-functional processes
n
Identify improvement opportunities and deliver capabilities that enhance operational performance
n
Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting
n
Ensure delivery aligns with PMO frameworks and quality standards
n
Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels
n
Build alignment across complex environments and support delivery of multiple workstreams
n
Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications
n
Provide insight into project progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes

Drive improvements supporting Field Services and the broader organisation

Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations
n
Strong project management expertise
n
Recognised project management qualifications
n
Successful delivery of outcomes through cross-functional teams
n
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to executive leaders
n
Clear communication and ability to influence outcomes
n
Ability to navigate competing priorities and maintain focus on shared goals
