Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator - Goulburn NSW

Flexiforce is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our client's busy operation in Goulburn, NSW. This is a casual position offering full time ongoing hours (38 hours per week) for the right candidate. As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and goods.
n
Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
n
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
n
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse scanning equipment.
n
Use RF scanners and voice-picking systems to manage inventory.
n
Store products in designated warehouse locations.
n
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
n
Perform stock counts and inventory reconciliations as required.
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Report damaged stock, inventory discrepancies or safety concerns.
n
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.




n
Experience with RF scanning and voice-picking systems.
n
A current Forklift Licence (LF) and proven operating experience.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
n
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
A proactive attitude and reliable work ethic.
n
