Job Description
n
We are seeking an experienced Front End Technical Lead to join our teamand take charge of designing and architecting the front-end framework for a newdigital web application. This role requires a strategic thinker with
extensiveexperience
in the Angular framework and a proven track record of
successfullyleading
a team of front-end engineers. Experience in assessing digital projectsand estimating front-end work is essential. The ideal candidate will have apassion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional userexperiences.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework forthe new digital web application.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement
innovativesolutions
for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
n
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers,



ensuringbest practices and high-quality code.
n
Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, with afocus on Angular.
n
Oversee the establishment of coding standards, tools, and platforms forefficient development and collaboration.
n
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and designprinciples.
n
Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work.
n
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to alignon project goals and deliverables.
n
Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.
n
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team andproduct at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.
n
Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead, with a focus on Angular framework.
n
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
n
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web
accessibilitystandards.
n
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Knowledge of other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.
n
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
