About the Role
n
As HVAC Account Manager, you will:
n
n
Lead and support a team of Service Managers, Team Leaders, Schedulers, Administrators and Technicians
n
Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for operational matters
n
Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, legislative and compliance requirements
n
Drive service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
n
Identify opportunities for service improvement, minor works and business growth
n
Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
n
Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, development and customer outcomes
n
Partner closely with Facilities Management clients to deliver long-term value and trusted service
n
n

You are a strong leader who can build trust with customers while motivating teams to perform.
n
You understand the importance of responsiveness, communication and service excellence, and you take ownership of outcomes.
n
You are equally comfortable discussing technical HVAC issues, reviewing operational reports, and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
5+ years' experience leading service, operations, facilities management or technical service teams
n
Proven experience managing large-scale service contracts and customer portfolios
n
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive accountability
n
Experience managing operational KPIs, reporting and service delivery outcomes
n
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
n
Technical Experience (Highly Regarded)
n
n
HVAC service industry experience
n
Experience working with Facilities Management clients
n
Proven Technical and Management Experience of:n
n
HVAC systems
n
Central Plant
n
Building Management Systems (BMS)
n
Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
n
Fire & Essential Services (AFSS/FFFT)
n
Minor Works delivery
n
n
n
Other Requirements
n
n
Current Driver Licence
n
National Police CheckNor might forgot or missing
n
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
