We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team and help adults living with mental health challenges build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives within their communities.
n
This is the perfect opportunity for a clinician who enjoys psychosocial disability and wants the freedom to develop their practice in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. You'll work closely with participants experiencing complex needs, delivering recovery-focused interventions that create lasting change.

What makes this role unique is the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths. While there is a strong focus on adult psychosocial practice, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across other areas if desired.

Your Role:
n
As an OT in our team, you'll make a meaningful difference through:
n
n
Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
n
Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
n
Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
n
Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
n
Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
n
Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
n
Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
n

What You'll Need to Succeed:
n

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
n
A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
n
A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
n
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
