Prestige Strata Management is looking for an experienced and capable Strata Manager to join our Burswood-based team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager who enjoys taking genuine ownership of their portfolio, building relationships with Councils and working within a supportive team where quality and client service are valued.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio of Strata Companies, with responsibility for building strong relationships with Councils and ensuring each scheme is managed proactively, accurately and professionally.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with Councils of Owners and clients;
n
Preparing for and attending AGM, EGM and Council meetings;
n
Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and associated documentation;
n
Preparing and reviewing annual budgets and levy schedules;
n
Managing correspondence with owners, Council members, contractors and other stakeholders;
n
Providing advice regarding the Strata Titles Act, scheme by-laws and general strata management matters;
n
Managing insurance renewals, claims and valuations;
n
Coordinating compliance requirements and statutory obligations;
n
Monitoring financial matters, arrears and expenditure;
n




Managing maintenance and contractor matters where applicable;
n
Identifying and progressing outstanding matters without requiring continual follow-up;
n
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive scheme records; and
n
Ensuring client enquiries and deliverables are responded to within appropriate timeframes.

What We're Looking For
n
Ideally, you will already have experience managing a strata portfolio and understand that great strata management is about much more than responding to emails.
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in strata management, preferably within Western Australia;
n
Confident managing a portfolio independently;
n
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
n
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of matters through to completion;
n
Accurate and attentive to detail;
n
A strong written and verbal communicator;
n
Comfortable preparing budgets and understanding strata financial information;
n
Able to build trusted relationships with Council members, owners and stakeholders;
n
Confident knowing when to make a decision and when a matter should be escalated;
n
Professional, calm and solutions-focused;
n
Comfortable working within established procedures and quality standards; and
n




A genuine team player who is also capable of working autonomously.

Knowledge of StrataMax would be highly regarded, although training can be provided for the right person.
n
