Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead complex quantitative research projects from proposal and design through to analysis, reporting and presentation
n
Take ownership of key accounts and build trusted, long-term client relationships
n
Translate consumer evidence into clear strategic recommendations and commercially relevant advice
n
Design research studies that respond directly to client objectives and business challenges
n
Lead proposals, pitches and new business opportunities
n
Manage project budgets, commercial targets and the team's business development pipeline
n
Guide consultants in developing their technical, strategic and client-facing capabilities
n
Deliver high-quality reports that clearly communicate the story, implications and recommended actions
n
Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and people can do their best work
n
Contribute to cultural and business initiatives across the consultancy
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Around 6–8 years of experience in market research, insights or strategic consulting
n
Solid quantitative research experience across brands, products, services and customer challenges
n
Experience leading foundational studies such as usage and attitude research, choice modelling, pack testing, innovation and concept optimisation
n
Experience working with insights, category, marketing or revenue teams
n
The ability to find the story in complex data and connect insights to commercial outcomes
n
Excellent communication, presentation and consultative skills
n
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing trusted client relationships
n
Proven project leadership, problem-solving and people management capabilities
n
Creative thinking and genuine curiosity about people, brands and business
n
Confidence leading proposals, pitches and senior stakeholder presentations
n
Experience with Q or similar analysis platforms
n
Qualitative research experience would be advantageous
n
A relevant tertiary qualification
