n About the Role:
n We have current vacancies available throughout
theChadstoneandOakleighareafor
experiencedFemale Disability Support Workers. Casual roles available for immediate start.

Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants into pursuingtheir interests, developing new
skills,achievetheir
lifestyle goals and to be valued asequalmember in the community.

Your role may involveproviding assistancewith all aspects of daily living including meals, personal
care,assistancewith
everyday householdtasksand meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.
n About you:
n Most importantly, you have a passion and desire to help and support others.
n Clear and effective communications skills
n Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
n Initiative and self-motivation
n A positive and professional approach
n Flexibility and
availabilityisessential
in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, morning,dayand afternoon.
n Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered

n NDIS Workers Screening Check
n First Aid certificate
n Working Rights in Australia (Citizenship or valid working visa)
n Current Victorian Driver's License
