The Anxiety Clinic is an established clinical psychology practice in Bondi Junction and via telehealth Australia-wide providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for adults, adolescents and children experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, behavioural challenges, and a range of related presentations.

We are seeking an outstanding Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar or Registered Psychologist to join our growing team either locally or nationally.

The role
n
You will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment across a range of presentations.
n
Depending on your experience, interests and preferred client groups, your work may include:

Anxiety disorders and phobias
n
OCD
n
Panic disorder
n
Health anxiety
n
Social anxiety
n
Trauma and PTSD
n
Depression and mood disorders
n
Perfectionism and related difficulties
n
Workplace and performance-related anxiety
n
Perinatal anxiety
n
Grief and loss
n
Relationship and couple's therapy
n
ADHD and ASD
n
Parent support
n
School and exam stress
n
Other presentations commonly encountered in private practice

Where possible, your caseload can be shaped around the areas in which you would most like to build your expertise.

About you
n
We are looking for a clinical psychologist who is clinically excellent,



emotionally intelligent and genuinely committed to exceptional psychological practice.
n
You will ideally:
n
n
Be an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist, or be undertaking the Clinical Psychology Registrar pathway
n
Have a strong interest in anxiety and evidence-based psychological treatment
n
Demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships
n
Be thoughtful, professional and committed to high standards of care
n
Value collaboration, reflection and ongoing learning
n
Demonstrate maturity, reliability and initiative
n
Contribute positively to a warm, supportive and collegial team environment
n
Want to continue developing your clinical expertise within a high-quality private practice
n
n
Experience in CBT, exposure-based therapies, ACT, OCD treatment and trauma-informed approaches will be highly regarded.
