Responsible for managing the effective coordination & execution of meetings, events and wedding functions
n
Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming functions, meetings, conferences and events, ensuring the team focus on attention to detail
n
Oversee Banquet set ups prior to commencement of events and functions
n
Lead the like-minded Sales team to provide a quality of service and exceed guest expectations
n
Act as a Sheraton ambassador, creating a space for the community to gather and belong
n
Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience
n
Work closely with the Catering and Sales team to maximise all potential business leads
n
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and recent guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
n
Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
n
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
n
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
