We provide outsourced accounting, CFO and business advisory services to clients across a range of industries and are looking for an enthusiastic Junior / Assistant Accountant to join our team.

About the Role
n
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping who wants exposure to a variety of businesses and the opportunity to grow their career.

Your primary focus will be:
n
n
Accounts Payable
n
Accounts Receivable
n
Bank Reconciliations
n
n
You will also gain exposure to management reporting, cloud accounting systems and business advisory support.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Processing supplier invoices and payment runs
n
Managing accounts receivable and debtor collections
n
Performing bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
n




Supporting month-end accounting processes
n
Assisting with management reporting
n
Communicating with clients, customers and suppliers
n
Maintaining accurate financial records
n
n
About You
n
n
2-3 years' accounting or bookkeeping experience
n
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks through to completion
n
Comfortable working independently within a flexible and collaborative team workplace
n
Excellent organisational skills
n
A desire to learn and build a long-term career in accounting
n
