Your Role

If you love retail, have a flair for customer service and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference, this is your chance to shine! We are looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to support our team and community. Ability and flexibility to work in both Byron and Mullumbimby locations ideal.

Your Responsibility

Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
n
Keep our shelves stocked, tidy and looking amazing.
n
Help customers find hidden gems (and maybe spot a few for yourself!).
n
Process sales and donations with accuracy and care.
n
Work with volunteers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
n
Bring energy, creativity and outstanding vibes to every shift.
n

You Will Need

Retail or customer service experience - bonus points if you love fashion or styling!
n
A people first approach - friendly, approachable and customer focused.
n
Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
n
Strong communication and time management skills.
