Develop and Execute the Digital Transformation Strategy

An exciting chance exists for an experienced digital delivery leader to drive a portfolio of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives within a respected public sector organisation.
n
This senior leadership role will oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape digital strategy and deliver secure, scalable and user-centred services that improve both customer and employee experiences.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Align digital delivery priorities with organisational strategy and broader government objectives.
n
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across product, delivery, development, UX and business analysis.
n
Establish strong governance, risk management, quality assurance and performance reporting frameworks.
n
Partner with executives, business leaders,



government agencies and external service providers to deliver successful outcomes.
n
n
Key Skills and Experience
n
n
At least 7-10 years' experience leading complex, organisation-wide digital or technology transformation programs.
n
Proven success delivering major programs within agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
n
Strong knowledge of agile, iterative delivery, digital strategy and user-centred design principles.
n
Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and embed sustainable digital capability and cultural change.
