Pastore delivers an elevated à la carte dining experience across lunch and dinner, with a focus on exceptional food, genuine hospitality and attention to detail. We are looking for a passionate Part‐Time Section Waiter to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

As a Section Waiter, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering the high level of service expected in a luxury dining environment.

Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service throughout the guest experience
n
Take ownership of your section, ensuring every detail is managed to a consistently high standard
n
Build genuine connections with guests and anticipate their needs throughout their dining experience
n
Develop a strong knowledge of Pastore's menu, ingredients, Italian cuisine and beverage offering
n
Confidently explain dishes, make recommendations and assist guests with menu selections
n
Provide professional food and beverage service across lunch and dinner à la carte operations
n
Maintain excellent standards of presentation, timing and attention to detail throughout service
n
Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service
n
Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful suggestions and genuine hospitality
n
Respond to guest requests and feedback with confidence and a solutions‐focused approach
n
Maintain a clean, organised and polished section before, during and after service
n
Contribute to a positive team culture where everyone works together to deliver exceptional experiences
n




Previous experience as a Waiter, Section Waiter or similar role within a quality restaurant or hotel environment
n
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine and creating memorable dining experiences
n
Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with an enthusiasm for learning more about Italian cuisine
n
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
n
Confidence in making menu recommendations and creating personalised experiences
n
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of service
n
A calm, professional and organised approach during busy service periods
n
A proactive, solutions‐focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
n
A polished and professional presentation
n
A current RSA Certificate
n
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential, including flexibility across dinner service and busy trading periods
n
