What you'll do
n
As Executive Manager, Crew Lead, you will:
n
Own the end-to-end strategy,
roadmap,performanceand
delivery outcomes for the Assisted Investigations crew.
n
Lead a multidisciplinary crew across product, technology, data, risk, operations, delivery and change to deliver customer, regulatory and business outcomes at scale.
n
Shape the crew's
purpose,prioritiesand
roadmap, ensuring alignment to Economic Crime strategy, enterprise priorities,
regulatoryexpectationsand
measurable value.
n
Translate
strategicobjectivesinto
actionable quarterly plans, squad priorities,
deliverymilestonesand
performance measures.
n
Partner closely with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads, Technology, Risk,



Operations,Dataand business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment across delivery and run outcomes.
n
Drive a
clear,prioritizedand
outcome-focused backlog that balances strategic transformation, operational resilience, regulatory delivery, riskreductionand customer impact.
n
Establish strong governance disciplines across planning, delivery, risk, issues, dependencies,
decisions,controlsand
executive reporting.
n
Use data,metricsand insights
tomonitorperformance,identifyrisks
and opportunities, and
supporttimelyexecutive
decision-making.
n
Manage cross-domain dependencies, competing priorities and delivery constraints, proactively
resolvingblockersand
guiding teams through ambiguity.
n
Build strong partnerships across Economic Crime, Technology, Risk, Data,Operationsand enterprise stakeholders to ensure delivery is integrated and sustainable.
n
Champion simplification, automation, resilience, modern
productpracticesand
continuous improvement across the crew.
n
Build and lead a high-performing crew culture, with clear ownership, strong engagement,
accountability,paceand
a focus on safe delivery.

What you'll bring

You are a senior leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You can lead through complexity, connect business and technology, and bring clarity to ambiguous environments.

Strong understanding of risk management,

Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, cross-

Experience applying agile, product-ledand customer-centric ways of working at scale.

Experience in banking, financial services, risk, compliance, financial crime, investigations, operations,
workflow,automationor
technology-enabled operational change would beadvantageous.

In the first few months, you will have built a clear understanding of the crew's purpose, strategic outcomes, delivery commitments, technology landscape, risk profile,
operationaldependenciesand
stakeholder expectations.

You will haveestablishedan integrated view of crew priorities, performance, delivery,riskand dependencies, with clear governance and sequencing across squads and stakeholders.
n
Over time, success will be measured through delivery of customer, regulatory and business value, improved investigation capability, predictable and sustainable execution, stronger crew performance, effective risk management and increased confidence across Economic Crime, Technology, Risk and Operations.
