Job Description
This is a hands‐on position for someone who enjoys being in the middle of a busy service and leading from the front. You will be an important part of the day‐to‐day running of the café, working closely with management and helping to lead our front‐of‐house team.

Leading and supporting the front‐of‐house team

Managing staff and helping create a positive team culture

Working confidently on the coffee machine during busy services
n
Maintaining consistently high coffee and service standards
n
Ensuring smooth and efficient day‐to‐day service
n
Welcoming customers and creating a warm, friendly experience
n
Supporting staff with training and development
n
Helping manage opening, closing and daily café operations
n
Taking responsibility and confidently stepping up when required
n
Working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
n
About you
n
Proven experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
n




Robust barista skills and confidence on the machine
n
Previous experience managing or supervising staff
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
n
The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy periods
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
n
A great work ethic and reliable nature
n
Pride in what you do and a high attention to detail
