Junior Case Manager / Investigations Support

Bella Vista $70,000 + Super | 9am–5pm | Monday–Friday | Full Time

This is NOT your typical admin role.
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoysreading detailed documents, analysing information, writing and formatting reports, and making sure every detail is accurate before it goes to the client.
n
You'll be supporting a small, close-knit investigations team working across Workers Compensation, Insurance, Legal and Government matters.
n
The role:
n

Review and collate large investigation reports, statements and evidence
n
Prepare, format and proofread detailed reports
n
Conduct desktop and social media research
n
Download and organise evidence
n




Liaise with investigators and track cases
n
Update case information and provide general Case Management support
n
n
You'll suit this role if you:

Have excellent written and verbalEnglish
n
Enjoy reading and working with detailed information
n
Are highly organised and ridiculously detail-oriented
n
Have solid Word/MS Office skills
n
Are naturally curious and enjoy research
n
Understand platforms like Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
n
Take feedback well and genuinely want to learn
n
n
Insurance experience isn't essential. You'll receive hands-on training and work closely with an experienced team.
