Job Description
EVT Connect Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sommelier to lead the hotel's wine program across venues, reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars. You will curate wine lists, train staff, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include 2+ years in hospitality in a senior role, Sommelier certification, RSA, and robust knowledge of fine dining service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.
