Build strong, long-lasting, multi-level relationships with customers

Contact customers regularly to ensure clarity on projects and timelines

Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence

Drive continuous improvement from a business perspective

Demonstrate understanding of customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and improve NPS results

Focus on the best logistics experience across the supply chain to retain and extend accounts

Provide insightful, value-add reports and analysis on solution performance and efficiency opportunities

Partner with customers to find supply-chain solutions and deliver efficiencies

Requirements

Experience working in an Account Manager role

Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management

Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business

Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
