A highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented Digital Fundraising Coordinator to join our high performing Fundraising team, and support the delivery of our digital acquisition program.
n
An approachable and flexible team player, with strong communication skills who can effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led, donor-centric and delivered to a high standard.
n
YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
n
Coordinating the delivery of digital fundraising campaigns to meet donor and revenue targets, including emergency activations.
n
Developing and testing fundraising propositions for paid acquisition campaigns, drawing on audience insights, UNHCR emergency priorities and channel performance.
n
Coordinating campaign inputs for the performance agency overseeing the execution of paid media campaigns, including briefs, assets and optimisation recommendations.
n
Creating, coordinating and adapting campaign assets for paid digital channels, including briefing creative agencies, collaborating with internal teams and developing simple assets directly where appropriate.
n
Closely monitoring campaign performance and making practical optimisation recommendations to strengthen fundraising results.
n
Identifying new opportunities for income generating digital activities, and optimising existing propositions, products and initiatives.
n
Reviewing campaign, donor and journey data to identify behaviours, friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, donor experience and campaign performance.
n
WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
n
Relevant professional experience in fundraising, digital marketing, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
n
Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing fundraising campaigns.
n
Demonstrated experience working towards measurable targets, such as income, donor/customer acquisition or conversion targets.
n
Experience developing, coordinating or adapting campaign creative, propositions, content or digital assets for specific audiences and channels.
n
Proven ability to interpret digital performance data and use insights to recommend campaign improvements.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines, stakeholders and suppliers.
n
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance across digital campaign execution and administration.
n
Experience working with media agencies executing paid digital marketing and advertising campaigns would be desirable.
