Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising warehouse staff
n
Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities
n
Perform forklift operations as required to support warehouse activities
n
Managing inventory accuracy and stock control
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
n




Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements
n
Workforce planning and daily operational coordination
n
Training, mentoring and developing team members
n

About You:
n
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or storage environments
n
Current LF Forklift Licence
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Experience in operating a forklift
n
Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
n
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
n
