Job Description
To support the Project Manager with estimating, project procurement, services trades coordination and project financials in line with project deliverables. With an expedited pathway to become Project Manger.

Key responsibilities
n
Work with Project Manager with Project costing from tender through to completion
n
Vet / Pre-qualify Contractors suitability to perform the works under contract
n
Breakdown Scope into packages for tendering and assist with estimating as required
n
Review compare and negotiate with Subcontractors and supplier during the value management process
n
Coordinate the RFI process
n
Attend and minute PCG meetings
n
Coordinator Subcontractor Contracts and claims
n
Coordinate site documentation including but not limited to various Authority form, Permits, Traffic Management and WHS/site establishment
n
Assist the Project Manager with administering NODs, and EOTs
n
Assist with managing the project in the absence of the Project Manager
n
About you
n




Diploma or Degree in Building & Construction (or Equivalent)
n
Minimum 3 years experience in Project Coordination for complex projects
n
Construction Induction Training Certificate
n
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and attention to details (essential)
n
Experience in estimating and breaking packages and calculate take offs manually
n
Ability to read and understand architectural, consultant and shop drawings
n
Be a team player and have the ability to follow instruction,
n
work independently & use initiative
n
Willingness to travel
n
