As a supervisor for Mammoet, you'll be responsible for orchestrating a team of skilled operatives to prepare, execute and demobilize important and often high-profile heavy lifting and transportation work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Taking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned work
n
Leading a team with a range of different roles and skills
n
Providing direction and expert knowledge
n
Overseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basis
n
Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and effectively

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
n
n
Expert level experience in HLT operations, methods, techniques and equipment. Professional level experience in people management. Excellent customer service and situational analysis
n
English, qualified proficiency verbal and written
n
Safety training and certification to Operational Supervisor level, to Mammoet standards
n
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
n
Ten years of relevant work experience in horizontal and vertical transport
n
Secondary education (ref. ISCED level 3-4)
