About the Role
n
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's North, working out of our Northcote clinic and in the community.
n
n
Community and clinic caseload, working out of our Northcote base
n
Flexible hybrid role, structured supervision built in from day one
n
Open to Early Career and Senior OTs, support and pay scaled to your level
n
n
You'll deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community settings. Open to both full-time and part-time.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver functional, person-centred OT services
n
Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
n
Support participants toward meaningful goals and greater independence
n
Work with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
n
Manage a diverse caseload across community and clinic
n
Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development
n

What You'll Bring

Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
