Kinrise seeks an experienced NPD Manager to lead development and commercialisation of creative snack foods across multiple brands. You will drive product concepts, formulations, factory trials and post-launch reviews in a hands-on R&D; environment.

Reporting to the Head of R&D; and NPD, you will partner with Marketing, Operations and Procurement to deliver market-leading products while supporting sustainability and cost targets. This Max-Term role is based in Dandenong South.
