As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving best‐in‐class execution of client plans across our Sales and Merchandising teams. Your focus will be on:
n

Coaching and developing field representatives
n
Driving sales excellence and team performance
n
Managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers across Grocery, Mass, and Convenience channels
n
n
This role is ideal for an experienced people leader from Retail or Field Marketing. Alternatively, you may be a strong Sales Executive or Merchandiser who is ready to take the next step in their career.
n
You will be responsible for supporting and managing field teams acrossVictoria (VIC).




n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing (preferred)
n
A reliable car and valid driver's license
n
Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across all ofVIC
n
Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
n
Strong time and priority management skills.
n
Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
n
