Infinite Aged Care Edge Hill is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our dedicated team on a Monday to Friday roster with afternoon (2:30pm-10:30pm) shifts. This full time role reports to the General Manager, with support and guidance from the Clinical Care Manager whilst supervising and supporting our passionate care team.
