Job Description
Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager for maternity leave cover in Sydney. The role leads risk management, quality systems and regulatory compliance across the organisation, reporting to the CEO and supporting operations nationwide.

You will bring proven head-of-risk experience in healthcare, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset to partner with clinical and administrative teams. The position is a full time, on-site role in Sydney CBD.
