Job Description
You'll work across the full project lifecycle — from discovery and configuration through to go-live and post-implementation support — for a varied portfolio of clients. You'll also contribute to managed services and support practice, mentoring junior consultants and helping shape how we work internally.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead NetSuite implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live, managing client expectations and delivery timelines
n
Configure and customise NetSuite across core modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and ZoneandCo Payroll AU
n
Conduct business requirements workshops, workflow assessments, and end user training
n
Design and deploy NetSuite solutions with consideration for industry-specific processes, regulatory requirements, and client business needs
n
Build, develop, and test detailed functional designs for solution components and prototypes
n
Conduct gap analysis and solution design workshops with client stakeholders
n
Build and maintain SuiteAnalytics saved searches, reports, and workbooks
n
Design and deliver data migration strategies and CSV import processes
n
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimise user adoption and NetSuite configuration
n
Produce high-quality documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and training materials
n
About you
n
Minimum 4 years' hands-on NetSuite implementation or administration experience
n




Strong functional knowledge across NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, multi-currency)
n
Experience delivering full-cycle implementations as lead consultant
n
Proficient in SuiteAnalytics — saved searches, reports, dashboards
n
Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards and business practices
n
Experience with data migration, CSV import/export, and reconciliation
n
Strong documentation and client communication skills
n
NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification (or ability to obtain)
