About the Role
n
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance activities across the site, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and production performance.
n Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Supervising and developing maintenance trades personnel
n
Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
n
Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Coordinating resources to minimise downtime
n




Working closely with Production and Operations teams
n
Supporting preventative maintenance programs and shutdowns
n
Utilising CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities
n
n
About You
n
n
Mechanical Trade Qualification preferred
n
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Leading Hand or Team Leader
n
Background within food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG or industrial environments
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Experience managing preventative and breakdown maintenance
n
Positive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on team engagement
n
