Run the engine room of a busy remediation builder.

RJ Bird Building is an established Class-2 remediation builder trusted by strata management companies across Sydney. We inspect building defects, quote the fix, and carry out the works. We're a small, tight team — no layers, no bureaucracy — and we need someone organised and unflappable to keep the front end of every job moving: from the moment a quote request lands to the moment it's ready for quoting, nothing stalls and nothing slips — because of you.

What you'll do

Work the phones — inbound and outbound — with strata managers and site contacts to understand each job, fill in the gaps, and record the details accurately
n
Draft inspection requests and coordinate bookings between site contacts and our inspection technicians (fully templated and checklisted — you run the process, not invent it)
n
Review returned inspection documentation for completeness before it goes to quoting

Handle the tricky calls — when someone's frustrated about a leak or a delay, you're the calm voice that sorts it out,

What we offer

Full‐time role, $60,000 – $65,000 + superannuation depending on experience

Our office closes for three weeks over Christmas and Recent Year
