Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to serve as Owner's Construction Representative for client development projects. You will oversee pre-construction, procurement, coordination during construction, and warranty-phase services, reviewing plans, budgets, and schedules with Owner, design, and construction teams to mitigate risk.
