Automotive Service Advisor / Administration Assistant – Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team within a busy automotive workshop environment. This position is ideal for someone with a robust interest in the
mechanical/automotive
industry who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and supporting workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
n
n
Parts sales
n
Answering and managing phone enquiries
n
Delivering high-quality customer service
n
Booking customers and coordinating job schedules
n
Organising and allocating jobs for workshop mechanics
n
Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations
n
Preparing quotes for customers
n
Entering and processing supplier and customer invoices
n
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
n
Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house and office area
n
n
About You:

Genuine interest in and commitment to the




automotive/mechanical
industry
n
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
n
Confident computer and general technology skills
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
n
Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
n
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
