Job Description

Lead the Light Vehicle and Ancillary workshop
n
Be accountable for safe and reliable execution of maintenance tasks
n
Manage planned and reactive maintenance of light vehicles and support equipment, including service trucks, pumps, generators and trailers
n
Prioritise and monitor breakdown repairs
n
Provide updates on equipment availability to stakeholders
n
Coordinate with contractors and ensure work is completed in a timely manner and to standard
n
Support long-term planning and schedule improvement efforts
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Completion of a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent trade qualification
n
A valid driver's licence
n
Strong technical background in maintaining mining-spec light vehicles, such as Toyota Hilux/Land Cruiser fleets
n
Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience within a mining or heavy industrial environment
n
Proficient in maintenance systems, including SAP
n
Demonstrated leadership capability, including supervising, mentoring and coordinating maintenance teams
n
