Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful Director within Sydney's South East, supporting a busy and high-performing sales business.
n We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years' real estate sales experience who is ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of an established sales team.

About the role
n
Working directly alongside a successful Director, you'll be involved across the entire sales process, from prospecting and appraisals through to campaigns, open homes, buyer management and settlement.
n This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn from an established industry professional, strengthen their sales skills and continue progressing towards a successful long-term career in real estate.

Key responsibilities
n

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
n
Conducting cold and warm calls to prospective clients
n
Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
n
Managing and nurturing the sales database
n
Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
n
Conducting buyer callbacks and following up enquiries
n
Attending open homes, private inspections and auctions
n




Supporting property campaigns from listing through to settlement
n
Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal stakeholders
n
Maintaining accurate CRM records and client information
n
Providing day-to-day support to the Director
n
Developing strong relationships within the local community
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience within residential real estate sales
n
Previous experience as a Sales Associate or similar
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Strong prospecting and business development skills
n
Confident and professional communication style
n
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
n
Highly motivated, driven and results-focused
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
Ability to thrive within a fast-paced sales setting
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
A genuine desire to build a successful career in real estate sales
