We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated practice manager to lead our team, on a full-time basis.
n
This is a true dual-role prospect, combining leadership, administration and operational responsibilities with active veterinary nursing on the clinic floor.
n
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced veterinary nurse who is ready to grow their leadership skills while continuing to provide exceptional patient care and mentoring within a supportive and collaborative environment.
n
Whilst experience is desired, it is not essential. If you're an experienced veterinary nurse with initiative, great communication skills and a passion for supporting others, we'd love to hear from you.
n
The role requires that you:
n
n
Herd cats Manage daily operations, staff rosters, workflow and clinic organisation (actual cats may also be involved).
n
Lead and support the team Be a positive and approachable leader who motivates, mentors and develops team members.
n
Stay hands-on Continue working alongside the team, providing high-quality veterinary nursing care and sharing your knowledge and experience.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service Build strong relationships with clients and support outstanding patient outcomes.
n
Drive clinic performance Monitor clinic goals,
support financial performance and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.
n
Hold a recognised Veterinary Nursing qualification With strong clinical nursing skills and confidence across all aspects of general practice nursing.
