Job Description
About the role
n
We are seeking an experienced CarePartnering Lead to join our team on a temporary contract of up to three months. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of aged care, home care and community care services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards while leading a dedicated team of 7x care professionals. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver and self-starter with strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to person-centred care, and the ability to step into the role and make an immediate impact.

Duties
n
n
Lead and oversee the delivery of aged care, home care and community care services in line with legislative and compliance requirements.
n
Manage and support a team of approximately seven staff, providing leadership, guidance and performance oversight.
n
Ensure participant and client records, data and information are accurate, current and compliant.
n
Develop and implement service management plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
n
Monitor client budgets, manage overspending and oversee the provision of services.
n
Identify opportunities for service growth, client engagement and retention.
n
Prepare management reports on service performance, outcomes and compliance requirements.
n
Review training needs, identify skill gaps and support workforce development.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Qualification in Health, Nursing, Social Services or a related field.
n
Minimum five years' leadership experience within aged care, home care, community care or a similar environment.
n
Solid understanding of person-centred care principles and service delivery frameworks.
n
Experience working within clinical and care governance frameworks.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive outcomes and resolve complex issues.
n
Proven experience maintaining accurate records, reports and compliance documentation.
n
Experience managing budgets, service delivery outcomes and quality improvement initiatives.
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
