About the Role
n
We are looking for experienced food & beverage attendant to join the team, with a passion for working behind the bar and a love of delivering service with flair and personality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐end environment and takes pride in their, product knowledge, and ability to engage with a diverse clientele.

Skills & Experience
n
n
1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar workplace.
n
Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
n




Personable, enjoy working in a busy workplace and engaging with guests.
n
Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
n
Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
n
Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets.
n
Hold a vailed RSA.
n

Key Responsibilities

Maintain personal grooming and uphold a clean, secure, and well‐stocked work environment in line with hotel standards.
n
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
n
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and comply with all preparation and dispensing standards.
n
Complete all opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
n
Participate in all required training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
n
Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
