The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a lawyer in the early stages of their career who is keen to develop their skills and knowledge. We are seeking a candidate who has experience working in a law firm and a genuine interest in family law.

You will work directly with experienced family lawyers, including Accredited Specialists, and receive hands‐on mentoring. From day one, you'll be part of a team that values learning, shared problem‐solving and open communication.

About You
n
You will ideally have:
n

Admission (or eligibility for admission) as a lawyer in Queensland
n
Prior experience working in a law firm (essential)
n
An understanding of family law processes (highly desirable)
n
Is organised, proactive and eager to learn
n
Strong communication and drafting skills
n
A professional, empathetic and client‐focused approach
n
The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
n
Most importantly, you will value teamwork, feedback and continuous improvement.
