Clinical Nurse – Kununurra Hospital (Emergency Department)

Location: Kununurra, Western Australia

Work Type: Casual, Fixed Term – Full Time, Fixed Term – Part Time (open-ended recruitment pool until 31/12/2026)

Essential Responsibilities
n
n
Manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department.
n
Demonstrate advanced nursing practice, planning, coordination and decision making within the Emergency Department.
n
Demonstrate well‐developed team leadership and mentorship skills.
n
Demonstrate well‐developed written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Incorporate quality and risk management into practice.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
n
Experience in advanced nursing practice within an Emergency Department.
n
Demonstrated advanced skills in planning, coordination, and decision making within the Emergency Department.
n
