The role
n This is a key leadership position in the Aftersales team, responsible for shaping the future of the parts business, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth and profitability across the national network.
n
What you will do
n
n
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5 direct + approximately 20 indirect reports
n
Develop and manage the parts portfolio, including commercial programs, tools, and initiatives designed to improve parts revenue and profitability
n
Provide insightful analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
n
Develop, promote, and expand aftersales products and services for new and existing customers
n
Identify and drive growth opportunities within the parts business
n
Ensure effective inventory management, logistics performance, and distribution effectiveness throughout the national network
n
n
Who you are
n To be successful as National Parts Manager, you will be a commercially astute leader with a strategic mindset and passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes.

commercially focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions

Proven leadership with strong people management, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities
n
Demonstrated experience managing parts operations, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels
n
Advanced capabilities in planning, analysis, reporting, and operational execution
n
Well-developed commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability, and business development expertise
n
A track record of delivering positive business outcomes through effective sales strategies, relationship management, and customer-focused initiatives
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
