Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
n
Support air freight operations, including shipment processing and documentation
n
Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1)
n
Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements
n
Assist with cargo pick-up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
n
Ensure regulatory compliance
n
Escalate issues as required
n
Collaborate to meet service standards
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2+ years' experience in air freight customer service or operations
n
Good understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous)
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
Experience with freight systems such as CargoWise One preferred
n
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
n
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team-oriented
n
Willingness to learn and develop
n
Must be entitled to work in Australia
n
Must be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical
n
