Release Manager | Major Incident & BAU Operations

Lead end-to-end release coordination and business operations across critical aged care systems, with responsibility for release delivery, major incident management, service continuity and operational performance.

Location: ACT
n Work Arrangement: Hybrid
n Contract Duration: 12 months with one 12-month extension option
n Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain Baseline

Essential Tasks

Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of system releases across key programs.
n
Drive major incident response, triage and resolution to maintain system availability.
n




Lead BAU operations to support consistent service delivery and issue management.
n
Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues.
n

Key Criteria

Robust capability in end-to-end release coordination across complex ICT environments.
n
Experience leading major incident management and resolving critical system issues.
n
Demonstrated experience managing BAU operations and maintaining service continuity.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
