Program Manager - Regulatory Transformation

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a significant transformation program within a complex regulatory environment.
n
This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring someone who can build credibility quickly and work effectively across Regulatory Operations, regulatory officers, inspectors, corporate functions, external vendors and senior leadership.
n
It is a VPS 6 contract role through to end of July ****.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex regulatory transformation program.
n
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Regulatory Operations, regulatory officers, inspectors, corporate functions, vendors and senior leaders, to support delivery of agreed outcomes.
n
Work closely with operational stakeholders to understand requirements, identify challenges and translate strategic priorities into practical solutions.
n
Influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholder groups, often without direct authority,



to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives.
n
Manage program performance, budgets, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies and changes in scope.
n
Prepare high-quality executive briefings, program reports, presentations and governance updates.
n

About You
n
You will be an experienced Program Manager with a strong track record delivering complex programs in a regulatory, government, compliance or operational environment.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Demonstrated program management experience within a regulatory or similarly complex operational environment.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
n
Experience partnering closely with operational teams such as inspectors, regulatory officers, compliance or enforcement functions.
n
Ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, frontline teams, corporate functions and external partners.
n
Solid experience managing complex end-to-end programs including budgets, risks, resources, vendors and governance.
